Have Faith In His Timing

What IF you gave up just as God was sending your request?

God holds time in His hands. Trust Him, wait on him; don’t make decisions out of anger and disappointment.

Stay the course, and IF the door shuts, shout for joy because God saved you from a terrible disaster!

Live life to the fullest, with unshakable faith, trusting God!

  1. So let’s say your holding on to faith as long as possible and the water is up to your neck because you lost your job that you had for over 20 years and you transferred for a different state ( unemployment has run out ) and now your savings is disappearing fast and their is nothing you can do but to put your notice in at your apartment before your money runs out . but putting in my notice was not out of anger at all I’m trying my best to stay the course .So what would you do in this storm of mind ? I don’t want to miss my destiny please advise it would be greatly appreciated .

    • Sometimes, Kevin, we act before we consult God. I’m not saying you haven’t consulted God. What I would encourage is this: Go before God, and ask Him what He would have you to do. I know for me personally, I cannot make decisions in the heat of emotions because that is not a good time for me to make a decision. The Lord is our God, and He wants us to come to Him and get counsel from Him. We need only go before Him with humility. There is a passage I love and rely on often. The passage is in Philippians 4:6-7, “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” The Lord hears our every cry. Don’t give up waiting on God. It is in the waiting before God our faith builds, and it is in the quietness that God speaks. Trust God. Trust Him to supply your every need. He knows what you need before you even ask. Be obedient, and keep walking the path He has you on. When He takes you to something, He will take you through it. Follow His lead. It’s simply taking God at His word, doing what He wants you to do, and then, believing He will do what He has promised He will do.
